For AE #4:
weight charge = chargeable weight x $9.16 per kg
= 3.2 x 9.16
= $29.31

total charges = base charge + weight charge
= $6.62 + $29.31
= $35.93

Applying 20% discount,
final shipping charges = $35.93 x 0.8 = $28.75
